Community Development Block Grant

SCDRC manages Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) for counties and cities, helping communities fund housing, infrastructure, and economic development projects that benefit local residents.
And if your community doesn’t receive funding, we’ll do our best to find other funding options available.
Eligibility
The city or county applying must meet the Low-to-Moderate Income guidelines of 51%. Urgent Need or Removal of Architectural Barriers projects do not need to follow the LMI guidelines.
